We deployed a SharePoint bot for a healthcare organization, enabling conversational search within their portal. By leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU), users can search for files, folders, FAQs, and events using natural language queries. This intelligent search functionality is powered by Rasa NLU and Rasa Core, with Python and REST API integration, showcasing our generative AI services capabilities.

TeBS developed an AI model using Python, Mediapipe, Torch Vision, and Matplot for the Client’s self-learning sports comparison system. The model accurately compares videos of trainers and students executing sports actions with criterion videos. Students can practice skills, view criterion movements at different speeds, and compare their execution side-by-side with the criterion videos. This system helps students improve their sports performance.

Automated Feedback Classification & Case Creation

The Power Utility company receives feedback through multiple channels such as email, SMS, live chat, calls, and hardcopy forms. To streamline the process,we implemented the Enhanced Customer Feedback System (ECFS). This system automates the extraction of text content from emails and SMS, classifies feedback types (compliments, complaints, feedback, or suggestions) using Azure Machine Learning and K2, and generates cases for further processing.
